Building for experts in EverQuest Next Landmark

In a previous trailer the people behind Everquest Next Landmark have shown us how long it’ll take to build structures. They kept saying it wouldn’t be much of a hassle to put down roads, houses and arcs. In this trailer they show how they are advancing the engine and a couple of new features as well.

King Dedede Returning to Super Smash

Bros for Wii U/3DS

Announced on the official Super Smash Bros website, King Dedede from the Kirby franchise will be returning to Super Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS. King Dedede made his Smash Bros debut in Super Smash Bros Brawl for the Wii in 2008. The last confirmed character was Princess Zelda, announced on December 26, 2013.

Outlast Free for Playstation Plus Users

The popular horror game Outlast is coming out on the PS4 in February. Sony has announced that Playstation Plus users will be able to get the game for free when it launches.

There is No Halo Movie in the Works

Microsoft once again said that no one is currently working on a Halo movie. Rumors of a Halo movie have been buzzing for years now, but Microsoft has squashed those rumors once again.

The Wolf Among Us Episode 2 Announced

Episode 2 of Telltale’s The Wolf Among Us will be coming early February. It’s been a rather long wait for episode 2 but Telltale is aware of this. Hopefully this is the last time there will be such long delays between episodes.

Broken Age Gets a Date

Double Fine’s game Broken Age will have it’s first act release on January 28th. In 2012 Double Fine ran an extremely successful Kickstarter Campaign for the game and it’s nice for gamers to see the results. Double Fine has almost promised that those that purchase Act One will receive Act Two free when it releases later.

Xbox One Titanfall Controller

Microsoft showed pictures of the new Titanfall controller they will be releasing for the Xbox One. Limited controllers have been a long tradition in the gaming world and it seems that it’s starting early with the new consoles. Here’s a picture of the controller.

Steam Passes 75 Million Users

Valve announced that Steam has reached passed an impressive 75 million users. It’s not surprising since steam has become more and more popular over the years. Surprising or not though it’s still a mighty user base and we here at 30plusgamer would like to tell them congratulations.

Tetris Coming to PS4 and Xbox One

Ubisoft has announced that they have made a partnership with The Tetris Company. The result of which will be Tetris on the PS4 and Xbox One. While there are few details about the game, and whether it will be more like the classic Tetris or yet another redesign, this year does mark the 30th anniversary of the game. We will bring you more news as it comes out.

Garden Warfare Delayed

Fans of Plants vs Zombies received some bad news with the delay of the newest game. However the delay is a short one, it will still release February 2014. The new release dates are the 25th for North America and the 27th for Europe

Agent 47 is Coming Back

Gamers were already pretty sure that there was going to be another Hitman game. However IO-Interactive announced that the is news is official. There aren’t many details but Agent 47 will be the main protagonist and Contracts mode will be back. We will bring you more news as it comes out.
